Tech support did end up helping me sort out my RC issue, so I guess I can’t complain too much. That said, the replies were slower than I expected, and I had to explain the same thing twice, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of average.

I stopped by recently—at least I think it was last weekend, maybe the week before, and they had a good range of kits for different hobbies. I found a few things I was interested in, but a lot of the ones I actually wanted were out of stock. Still a solid place to browse, I just wish it was a little easier to know when stuff is coming back.

I ordered an RC part from Hobby Zone and it was literally just as described for the most part. The size and details matched up well, and shipping was totally fine. My only small complaint is that the photos could’ve shown a little more. Overall I’m happy with it, just wouldn’t say it was perfect.

Of course the issue popped up at the worst possible time, but getting warranty help was actually really easy. They took care of it quickly and got everything fixed without much hassle.

I had a question about my order, and I wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back, but support got back to me fast. It wasn’t totally seamless or anything, but they helped me figure it out in the end. I was kind of relieved, because dealing with order stuff can be annoying, especially when you’re already thinking about five other things.

"Prices Just Didn’t Feel Worth It"
I ordered from Hobbyzone thinking it was going to be a decent deal, or at least not something I’d regret, but once everything was added up it just felt more expensive than it should’ve been. The shipping kind of snuck up on me too, and by the time I saw the final total I was already thinking, okay, this is a bit much for what I’m getting.
The item itself was fine, not bad or anything, but also not really impressive enough to make the price feel justified. Then of course later I saw similar stuff for less elsewhere, which made it even more annoying. I don’t think I’d order from them again unless the prices came down quite a bit...

My order was on backorder, which I was a little unsure about at first, but they actually kept me in the loop the whole time. I kept expecting to have to chase someone down for updates, but nope, they sent them along, and then it shipped soon after. it was handled better than I expected.

I ordered a few parts, and somehow about half of the order wasn’t even what I picked. One of the items was a completely different size too, which was just like, give me a break. I had to email them and sit around waiting to get it sorted out. Frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again...

I had to return a part I ordered by mistake, and the process was straightforward. The instructions were clear, support got back to me quickly, and I got my refund a few days after they received the item. The only thing that bothered me was having to pay for the return shipping myself. I kind of expected they’d cover it or offer some kind of credit since everything else went smoothly. Overall, not a big hassle, but that part was a little disappointing.

"Replacement parts were easy to find"
As someone who’s apparently becoming a professional plane-crasher, I was really glad Hobby Zone made it easy to find replacement parts. I’ve banged up my plane more times than I’d like to admit, so having a place to grab what I need without overthinking it is a big deal.
The parts list was simple enough to navigate, and they had both the wing and prop I needed in stock. Shipping was standard too, which is all I was hoping for, no weird delays or surprises.
It’s nice not having to replace the whole plane just because one part broke. For a hobbyist who’s still learning the hard way, that makes a huge difference. I’ll definitely be using them again...

I’ve ordered from Hobby Zone a few times now, and for the most part there’s a consistent pattern: the site is easy to navigate, the RC parts show up packed well, and the prices feel reasonable. The only thing I noticed was that one order took a bit longer than I expected to actually ship, but it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and would probably order from them again.

"Solid parts for the price"
I ordered like 3 or 4 parts and they all felt solid right out of the box, not that cheap flimsy stuff. Took maybe 10 minutes or so to check everything over, and it all worked the way it was supposed to. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

"Got my stuff sooner than I planned"
I ordered a few parts from hobbyzone.com and was happy with how fast they got to me. I didn’t want to sit around waiting forever, so getting the tracking quickly was a nice surprise. The box showed up earlier than I expected, everything inside looked fine, and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle. For me, that’s really all I care about. I’d order from them again.

"Tracking was a mess"
I ordered from Hobbyzone and the tracking was all over the place. It sat there with no updates for days, then out of nowhere said it was out for delivery, so I stayed around waiting for it, and it didn’t even show up until the next day. Such a waste of time and energy for no reason. I contacted customer service, but the reply was generic and didn’t really clear anything up. The item itself was fine when it finally arrived, but the shipping updates made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be

"Really solid packaging"
I ordered from Hobby Zone and was impressed with how well everything was packed. The box felt sturdy, and nothing was sliding around inside when it arrived. No dents, no broken pieces, just a clean delivery overall. A friend had actually recommended them to me, and I can see why. Simple thing, but they did it right.
